Not sure why people worry about who comes in Summer, Poch, Rodger's or whoever, who is to say if Ragnick does well he don't stay as manager for another 1 or 2 years if he starts to implement a new style, the ship may have sailed for Poch again! Which I'm not sure is a bad thing.
But no way Ragnick steps aside or upstairs if it's going very well and progression in seen.

I think it depends on what he wants to do. He has chosen to move into DoF roles and be more hands off and not coach over the past 5-8 years.
Maybe he doesn't want to manage long term. Or maybe if it's going well and it suits all parties he continues to manage into next season.
Just have to sit back and see what happens.

Maybe he wants the bigger role where he can influence the whole, club. He gets to start to lay the foundations, pick the new manager, a nod then have a major influence on future decisions.

He got it completely wrong it’s for the Clock set up, on the training pitch, which Ralf is known for…. win ball back in certain seconds and shot off in 10 seconds, for training not for every time you win the ball in real match…dear dear Shappy.

Oh but GDS. you now condone “take the thinking away from him and tell him his job and he’ll be capable” two things wrong there, Jose got slaughtered for saying exactly same about Shaw as you now say about AWB
2nd we not got much time to try get 4th position so you want to continue trying with a player who actually gone backwards in last 3 years that maybe he will turn into some marauding full back within the next month! That’s a tad optimistic don’t you think, time is against starting over I’m afraid unless your willing just to write this season of in December, in which case we might as well stayed with carrick.

But that all don’t work in a short term project Shappy…. But like I said pre he won’t go after 6 months upstairs or anywhere else he will stay as manager
The other thing of course is to train the brain of course you have to have a brain to start with…so here is a problem for some!
