Was bored so popped on the page. Reminded me why I took 8 months off.

Sacking Ole changes nothing. Poch, Southgate, the ghost of Alf Ramsey, all would be treated the in the same shambolic way. And would end in the same result.

At the minimum, for proper change we need Deadwood and Judge gone. At maximum we need the ginger gnomes gone.

Inspirational😂😂
Mort the owners or execs don't coach the players we have. They are not responsible for the way we play.
They have many faults and deficiencies i agree.

Jesus Christ I hope we don't end up with Southgate.

Take a look at the team SAF coached to win the league in 13 or the one Clough took to win 2 European Cups, real coaches, real managers. Ole isn’t in their or many others league. We would do better with a better coach, that doesn’t excuse the owners and execs of the mess.

People seem to forget how we ended up with Ole, he had won 14 of his first 19 matches, in which we scored 40 goals. He deserved the chance and a couple of transfer windows to shape the team in his image.

He is not the long term choice he is there because he took his opportunity.

I think Ole knows more than most his time at United will be limited amd when the sack does come we can repeat the same cycle we have done for the last 7 years, complain that the squad is full of deadwood we need to get rid of, moan that the highly paid players aren't putting in a shift and then berate the new manager is not playing the United way. I think the fans are just as much of the problem at United as the Management Board.

As I said it makes no difference who the manager is, if they don't get backed.
Maybe Deadwood should cut out the middleman and just pick the team himself.
The only agent I want to see involved with the club this weekend is Agent 47.

After the way we sacked Moyes 8 months in to a 6 year deal, the way we sacked LvG the same evening he won the FA cup, messing Allegri around, sacking Jose. While the constant theme coming out from everyone is that the board make a load of promises, but don't deliver. Moyes was supposed to get Bale, Kroos and Fabregas he got Fellaini at 10m more than he should have cost and Mata in January. LvG says that he only got his 6th or 7th choice options, and looking at the trash we signed during his tenure I can actually believe it. Jose wanted a CB he got Fred and Dalot. Now Ole wanted/ needed a RW, a ST and a CB and looks like he might get a CAM and a LB.

So after all that which top level coach/ manager do you think will want to crash their career at United?

Why do you think that the club have been unable to get a DoF? They tried all the best, then once they turned it down they tried getting an ex-player, Rio, Evra, Fletcher etc were all considered, when none of them would take it they shelved plans for a DoF.

No one wants to work for the shambles of our club. DoF don't want to be associated with us. So why do people think top level managers would?

When they sack Ole, which they will. Ryan Giggs might be the most high profile manager we can get.

Shappy, that's the post to sum it all up.

Read that back everyone, what a shambles we are.

Ken I get what you’re saying about the coaching mate, but come on. Van gaal has some good coaches, Jose too. Heck I bet Moyes even had some decent coaches- Steve round seems to be doing well at arsenal. I still think getting top 4 was fantastic last season, regardless of points tally or anything like that. This was a chance for the club to build on that momentum, and much like when Jose came 2nd he was let down by the recruitment.

We need to realise that those running this football club do not care about being the best football club in the world anymore.

All managers in our team moaning about getting 4-5-6 choice options. Yet if someone see our first eleven he will understand that it is builded of first choice players.
Wasn't Pogba a first choice? What about Matic who was a Mourinho favourite at the time?
What about Bruno? He was clearly the first choice and a player we were trying for a year to buy.
What about Harry Bissaka Shaw, a 150+ million fans and clubs favourite trio? At the time all of them were record sighnings.
Lindelof and Bailly were also first choices, we buyed them very early in the transfer window, althought one of them was a club sighning (Bailly) which Mourinho approved.
Zlatan and Miki were first choices too.
Then we can debate about players like Fred or Dalot (maybe Dalot was suggested by Mourinhos people at Portugal so maybe he was a first choice too) that they weren't first choices but no manager can take all his targets.
Then we can debate about not sighning some players at the time like not buying Harry for Mourinho or not sighning Perisic the year before. I can see why: Leisester wasnt keen to part with Maguire after his good performances at world cup. We tried for Perisic and i think Inter at the time had some economic issues but still they moved the goalposts and although his price was closer to 45 millions asked for 55-60 millions for a 29 year (and not top class) player. So the same summer mr Mourinho wanted to buy two (Perisic and Matic) 29 years old-without resale value players and i am glad he didnt.

There is no way Bruno wasnt looked at whilst Jose was at the club . Also Maguire was wanted by Jose but was not granted it really is messed up
Fergie almost always got his targets and very early in the window
OGS has no power at all the players who have arrived were already known to the club because Jose wanted them
The one player i thought we would get was Haaland due to the Norway connection but again nothing . I like OGS as a legend but that's it we need better and quick 😷😷.

On Maguires case we must understand that the selling team isn't always open to sell. Maguire the summer of 2018 in which Jose wanted him, i think he was playing only one year for Leicecter and he just finished a tournament, a world cup in which he played very well (as per fans pundits etc) . I think they had no intention to sell, like we didn't want to sell Ronaldo at 2018 but we wanted to sell him next year.
Then another target was Kalibu Koulimpaly, and if now at 29 and with an injury is difficult for a team to buy him from De Laurentis imagine two years ago when he was at his best.
So yes we can criticize the club, but we must be fair . I mostly criticize Zose Mourinho for his targets rather than the club in this case. It is very strange that he didn't want Virgil but wanted Maguire, maybe Van Dyke is not slow enough 😄.
