Pererra is off to Valencia.

Bolger

1.) 28 Aug 2017 15:28:36
Is this confirmed news booger or just a rumour?

2.) 28 Aug 2017 16:50:56
A news booger. Is that like a nugget of information?

27 Aug 2017 17:24:27
Rumours we've bid 92 million for bale.

Anyone have an info on this?

Take it, it's the same old fake information.

Bolger

1.) 27 Aug 2017 20:18:44
Good old Don Balon.

Only way it would happen is if RM are getting Mbappe and PSG can get Sanchez.

2.) 27 Aug 2017 22:03:22
From what I know mbappe is going to PSG for €180m which has been halted by the UEFA for some reason so now they are trying for a loan with future buying.
So this will rule out move to Real.

3.) 28 Aug 2017 17:19:51
Hell I'd be happy he we made a bid for Sanchez, imagine him going forward in our attack, unstoppable.

30 Jul 2017 15:03:51
Picture doing the rounds of matic in a training top doing a selfie wearing a number 31 to be precise 😁.

Bolger

1.) 30 Jul 2017 15:34:26
Just seen that 😲😲👌.

2.) 30 Jul 2017 16:14:11
If it's real, then welcome aboard. If it's a fake, whosoever made It, amazing with Photoshop. Looks too genuine.

3.) 30 Jul 2017 16:22:45
Good signing. Likelihood of Pogba playing on the left of a midfield 3 with the license to roam a bit more. Also gives us a specialist defensive midfielder in our squad.

I'd read earlier today he also apparently got 7 assists last year which is more than any of our players.

4.) 30 Jul 2017 16:31:29
It's definitely real guys. Welcome to he club nemnaja.

5.) 30 Jul 2017 16:37:56
Norwood saying fee agreed yesterday, medical today, announcement tonight or tomorrow.

6.) 30 Jul 2017 21:21:53
Very happy with this. Just what we needed.

29 Jul 2017 20:52:49
Turkish channel a spor reporting with wig signing a 5 year deal. Fee to be agreed.

Bolger

1.) 29 Jul 2017 21:30:34
Good luck to him, will always divide opinion amongst fans but he leaves with and FA Cup, Europa League and a Milk Cup title to his name. Hopes he does well in Turkey.

2.) 29 Jul 2017 21:36:50
This does mean 1 CM is certain with Mctominy to get more minutes if second CM is not signed. Or TFM in holding role.?

3.) 29 Jul 2017 21:38:42
As I've always said, you can't knock his effort and commitment. However, if we want to move forward he isn't good enough at the level we want to get to. Good luck to him.

4.) 29 Jul 2017 21:38:50
He always gave 100% so best of luck to him.

5.) 29 Jul 2017 21:54:52
Good luck to the lad. He was never right for United but that's not his fault. Hope the move goes through and he wins a couple of trophies in Turkey.

6.) 29 Jul 2017 22:00:25
I hope Andreas Pereira stays and is part of the 1st team this coming season!

7.) 29 Jul 2017 22:02:19
The very best of luck to him if he does go. He always gave his best scored a few important goals. He got his chance at the biggest club in england. He didn't fail because he gave his best and played to the best of his ability. He did the same at everton and he will do the same at galatasary. He goes with some nice medals and will always be able to say he played for and captained Manchester United.

8.) 29 Jul 2017 23:26:22
jose lost his plan b then.

9.) 30 Jul 2017 00:49:17
How much would you value Fellani at, seeing he cost us 27m three years ago.
For me it would have to be at least close to 20m.

10.) 30 Jul 2017 08:25:21
never good enough for us, but can't knock his commitment and he did score a few important goals.

The length of his current contract and todays market means anything under 18 mill is a giveaway . maybe even 18 plus 2 in add ons.

11.) 30 Jul 2017 10:02:13
10 mil seems fair to me given he only has a year left and the market is very inflated at the moment.

12.) 30 Jul 2017 11:32:50
For £10-£15m I'm amazed clubs like West Ham, WBA, Newcastle, Everton, Saints aren't interested, in fact half of Europe.

Anything less than £20m is another epic failure for me - after all isn't there loads of money sloshing about to justify the large fees we have been paying, cuts both ways.

Even if 1 year is left, why would we let an asset run down like that? Fellaini hardly struck me as somebody that would be difficult to sign up for an extension to mean we get his real worth in a sale. He isn't real Utd quality but he can be top class for certain teams and the way they play, £30m would be a fair value.

13.) 30 Jul 2017 11:46:28
So 15m more than matuidis value going into his final year beast?

14.) 30 Jul 2017 12:42:01
Just another chance to bash Utd n claim were a badly run club ha. Maybe he/ we doesn't want to play for another prem team whom we could get 15-20 mil from? He's not good enough for the top 2 in the Italian n Spanish lges so turkey seems a good move n he'll still get champs lge. 10mil with a year to go is probably abt right. This market is stupid n over inflated for players with different circumstances than the wigs.

15.) 30 Jul 2017 13:48:25
Some are badly out of touch with the price of wigs nowadays.

Turmoil on Merseyside.

3.) 02 Oct 2017 05:06:11
They are doing what we were doing last year. drawing games they should be winning. It also seems that the league is a bit like yesterday years where the top teams seem to have their way with the bottom 10 and only a few surprises. I think the top teams have improved more than the mid tier teams and establishing a gap that will be there for the foreseeable future. No repeat of leicester :)

4.) 02 Oct 2017 13:32:14
Also, where is gunnerbod with his *shitty* banter?

{Ed007's Note - I fixed that for you ;)

5.) 02 Oct 2017 19:46:37
Thanks bond. If I knew you were pressing the buttons on the editing I would have been more creative. I appreciate your mindfulness though :)

{Ed007's Note - Don't mention it, you're welcome.}

6.) 02 Oct 2017 23:54:38
Mighty and gunnerbod are looking for jobs as comedians. Poor guys.

{Ed033's Note - gunnerbod is a comedian on the Spurs site.

31 Aug 2017 20:58:48
Anyone know what the rule is for signing ore contracts in England when your on your last year.

For example when could Sanchez sign a contract with another English club

Thanks.

Bolger

1.) 31 Aug 2017 22:00:26
january.

2.) 31 Aug 2017 22:01:49
A player can start talking to a club 6 month before his contact is up. For example Sanchez can agree to join a club in January.

3.) 31 Aug 2017 22:03:27
No. He can make an agreement with a non English club from jan onwards.

4.) 31 Aug 2017 22:10:50
January Bolger. He can sign a pre contract agreement if I'm correct.

5.) 31 Aug 2017 22:53:25
I think it is when they have six months left.

{Ed007's Note - I'm sure it's a month if you're signing with a club in the same FA.}

6.) 01 Sep 2017 00:49:36
Ken is right - it's only January for overseas clubs. For English clubs it's after the end of the season I think.

7.) 01 Sep 2017 09:07:21
Cheers.

{Ed001's Note - the English FA have tighter restrictions than the rest, so 1 month within England, 6 months outside of England.}

8.) 01 Sep 2017 09:59:12
Teams from England are not allowed to negotiate with players in England with expiring contracts until their contracts are up. Unlike teams from Europe who can begin negotiations from Dec 31st. We are allowed to negotiate with players on the continent from Dec 31st.

31 Aug 2017 11:54:14
Breaking!

Jose spotted talking on his phone!

Deadline day signing. 👌.

Bolger

17 Aug 2017 12:39:32
So the first super Sunday this weekend.

I know it's only 2 games in but if we can win the early kick off Saturday the pressure is on for everyone else to win.

Contenders are going to drop points this weekend.

I think we need to capatalise early on.

Bolger

1.) 17 Aug 2017 13:42:42
I see what your saying but I don't think any of the teams will feel under pressure not when we will only be 2 games in.

But West Ham and swansea where the sort of teams that we found difficult to break down last season so if we win on Saturday I think we will think we'll score another 4 then that's already a massive improvement on last season.

2.) 17 Aug 2017 14:45:27
we won 1-3 in the same game last season. It was the home game we drew.

without being over confident. I want 0-5 haha.

3.) 17 Aug 2017 16:36:31
Swansea proved a tough nut to crack for Southampton last weekend. I'd be happy with three points anyway we got them.

4.) 17 Aug 2017 17:50:06
3 points all that matters. This is the sort of fixture champions take 3 points in.
As you say shappy they can be a tough nut to crack so let's hope the nut crackers are in form again.

5.) 17 Aug 2017 17:52:18
Nooo Shappy. Not "anyway we get them", why should we be playing ugly against the likes of Swansea. Three points "anyway we can" should be reserved for finals and 6 pointers, not relegation fodder like Swansea who are for the taking.

6-0 - building on our quality performance from last week, a bad performance is a step backwards and we need to be building up momentum not fluking wins.

6.) 17 Aug 2017 18:33:12
I Think one of the main differences last week was once we got 2 up we carried on looking for more.

To many times last season we shot ourselves in the foot not going for the kill.

Goal difference can play a major part in winning the title as we already know when city won it.

I would agree with beast you go to teams like Swansea, who will be fighting to stay in the leuage and go out to win by a big margin.

7.) 18 Aug 2017 11:55:01
Beast I'm not saying we should be, just that West Ham were very poor last week and Swansea were very strong and very disciplined.

We should go at them with intent and try and win as well as we can. But I don't feel Swansea will roll over the same way West Ham did. So we might be looking at winning by the odd goal. But I would still want as dominant as a performance.

Sure someone said along the lines of Rashford is rubbish the other day.

Feel sorry for zabaleta 😂.

Tbf I think if we were going to sign him we would have by now.

I think Jose trusts the players we have that can play there. and if we can keep the form up from weekend we will be sound for the wing.

I would much rather Rashford and martial rotate either wing and maybe promote someone else.

Perisic may be a good player but there's nothing like one of your own getting the game time.

If we are selling him then we must be signing a wide player to replace him.

Or maybe martial decides to stay and work hard and prove the manager wrong

Jose loves hard working players regardless of ability take the wig for example.

If his ankles are no longer made from weetabix I would take bale all day long.

Stretford "arm chair fan" hasn't offended me as I don't consider myself to be an armchair fan nor anyone else to be one that doesn't have a season ticket.

If it wasn't for the billions of arm chair fans and there worthless pennies as you call them the club wouldn't be anywhere near the club we are.

Why would everyone of them be "armchair fans"

Does it make anyone less of a fan because they don't go to the games?

Does it make me less of a fan because I no longer have my season ticket.

I still watch every game and buy the top doesn't mean I'm less of a fan than someone who goes to every game.

I still pay a subscription to the tv company's and internet provider who I use to watch the games.

I think we have had so many debates about it.

In my opinion you don't say no to buying one of the best players in world football.

He would easily make us better and we would be serious contenders for every competition.

But I don't think the rumours have any truth in it. Unless Madrid were to buy Sanchez.
